SPICY BEEF CHILLI

INGREDIENTS

  1. 300 GRAM BEEF STRIPS
  2. 1 TSP KAALI MIRCH(BLACK PEPPER)
  3. NAMAK(SALT) TO TASTE
  4. 1 ANDA(EGG)
  5. 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  6. 1 TSP CORN FLOUR
  7. COOKING OIL
  8. 1 TBSP ADRAK LEHSAN(GINGER GARLIC PASTE). SAUTÉ NICELY
  9. COOKED BEEF STRIPS
  10. 2 TBSP HARI MIRCH(GREEN CHILLI (PASTE))
  11. 1 TSP BROWN SUGAR
  12. ½ TSP CHICKEN POWDER
  13. 1 TBSP OYSTER SHIRE SAUCE
  14. 6 HARI MIRCH(GREEN CHILIES)
  15. 1 SMALL PIECE ADRAK(GINGER (CHOPPED))
  16. ½ CUP PANI(WATER)
  17. 1 TSP CORN FLOUR
  18. MIX WELL UNTIL BEEF CHILLI THICKENS

DIRECTION

  1. In a bowl add beef strips, black pepper, salt, soya sauce, egg, corn flour and mix well
  2. Rest it for 20 min.
  3. In a wok heat oil and cook marinated beef strips until color changes into golden.
  4. In another wok, sauté ginger garlic paste.
  5. Now add beef strips, chilli paste and give it a good mix.
  6. Add brown sugar, salt, chicken powder, soya sauce and combine well.
  7. Add oyster shire sauce, green chilies, chopped ginger and mix well.
  8. Dissolve corn flour in water add in a wok to make beef chilli thick and glossy.
  9. Serve it with rice.
