SPICY BEEF CHILLI

INGREDIENTS
- 300 GRAM BEEF STRIPS
- 1 TSP KAALI MIRCH(BLACK PEPPER)
- NAMAK(SALT) TO TASTE
- 1 ANDA(EGG)
- 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
- 1 TSP CORN FLOUR
- COOKING OIL
- 1 TBSP ADRAK LEHSAN(GINGER GARLIC PASTE). SAUTÉ NICELY
- COOKED BEEF STRIPS
- 2 TBSP HARI MIRCH(GREEN CHILLI (PASTE))
- 1 TSP BROWN SUGAR
- ½ TSP CHICKEN POWDER
- 1 TBSP OYSTER SHIRE SAUCE
- 6 HARI MIRCH(GREEN CHILIES)
- 1 SMALL PIECE ADRAK(GINGER (CHOPPED))
- ½ CUP PANI(WATER)
- 1 TSP CORN FLOUR
- MIX WELL UNTIL BEEF CHILLI THICKENS
DIRECTION
- In a bowl add beef strips, black pepper, salt, soya sauce, egg, corn flour and mix well
- Rest it for 20 min.
- In a wok heat oil and cook marinated beef strips until color changes into golden.
- In another wok, sauté ginger garlic paste.
- Now add beef strips, chilli paste and give it a good mix.
- Add brown sugar, salt, chicken powder, soya sauce and combine well.
- Add oyster shire sauce, green chilies, chopped ginger and mix well.
- Dissolve corn flour in water add in a wok to make beef chilli thick and glossy.
- Serve it with rice.
